What are you doing Jean Marc?



This week we were back in action in the vatican decuving the small vat of amazing Carignan.  We are falling in love with this wine - it is really concentrated, rich and very black and smells delicious.  We have transfered the free run juice to an oak barrel and the pressed skins are still in the back of my pick up.
