Ready, steady, escargot!


Yesterday it was time for the annual snail fest and the traditional 'cargolade' or snail barbecue with Jean Marc's parents and their friends from the Gers.  This year I managed to eat a couple more than last year but for me it is still more about the delicious aioli on fresh french baguette than the snails! - Oh and of course the wine!
