Jones is turning a little pink. Hand picked at dawn from Maury, the grenache noir was destalked and left to macerate for 6 hours until it became a delicious deep pink colour. Pressed and put into bed at midnight the grenache is sleeping soundly in its shiny air conditioned stainless steel vat. Thanks to Julia, the Oxford boys, the bottle of 1951 Spanish temperanillo and the Paziols sunshine!
