8.00 am Call from water chilling system repair guys - they are in Tuchan
8.05 am Water chilling system repaired - we forgot to press the on button!!
9.00 am Call from Spanish transporter with our 2 new vats. He was meant to be delivering tomorrow but he is in Tuchan NOW and wants the vats unloading pronto. He was also meant to arrive in a small lorry to be able to get into Vatican Street but has come in a 40ft lorry. Jean Marc back on tractor to unload vats from main road.
10.00 am Tasting with some lovely Welsh staying in Paziols
11.00 am Washing machine man arrived (Monsieur Idée - fabulous name), machine repaired and washing on
12.00 Lunch
14.00 BOMBSHELL - little email waiting for me from couple coming to help with the harvest - 'Sorry can't make it anymore, have had a change in plans' AAARRRGGHH
