Have you ever wanted to find out what it’s like to own a vineyard in the south of France? Do you want to know more about the wines of this area and visit the imposing Cathar castles of Queribus and Peyrepertuse?

With one foot in the Languedoc and the other in Roussillon, Domaine Jones is ideally placed to show you all this and more. Step in to Katie’s world, discover her wines and visit some of her favourite producers, taste the local cuisine and enjoy a relaxing barbeque in the vineyards.

Katie, and her wine grower partner Jean Marc, would love to show you around the area and hope that you will be able to join them on this unique insight into life in the south of France.

Based in the pituresque village of Paziols, the price includes accommodation in bed and breakfast, all transport including pick up from Carcassonne or Perpignan airport, and all meals.  The price does not include flights.

Day 1

Welcome buffet chez Katie and Jean Marc with an introduction to the wines of the area
 
Day 2                                            
Domaine Jones
Visit to Domaine Jones Vineyards
Visit to the Vatican in Tuchan where the wines are made
BBQ in the vineyards of Domaine Jones and tasting of wines
Visit to Château d’Aguilar                                                      
Visit to other local producer Paziols/Tuchan                                                      
Dinner in a local restaurant 

Day 3                                           
Cathar Castles
Visit to Queribus
Wine tasting in Maury
Lunch in Cucugnan
Visit to Peyrepertuse
Dinner in a local restaurant
 
Day 4                                            
Free time and transport back to the airport
